SearchITChannel has a team of dedicated editors who provide business and technology articles geared toward managed service providers and other channel partners. We monitor the continuously evolving service provider business model, examine emerging technologies that offer partner opportunities and explore the applications and tools that help partners run profitable businesses. Here's a look at who's behind the site:
Kristen Gloss Site Editor [email protected]
Kristen Gloss edits technical content, writes articles and manages freelancers. Since joining TechTarget in March 2018, she has covered internet of things, Windows Server, mobile computing and data center infrastructure. Kristen graduated in 2015 from Boston University, where she studied journalism.
John Moore Industry Editor [email protected]
John Moore writes features and news analysis articles for SearchITChannel and SearchCIO. Prior to joining TechTarget, he was a freelance writer covering a range of topics including IT channel trends, cloud computing and enterprise software. He was also channel editor at Smart Partner magazine, department editor at Federal Computer Week and senior editor at Computer Systems News. John graduated from Syracuse University in 1985 with a B.A. in journalism and English.
Linda Tucci Industry Editor, CIO/IT Strategy [email protected]
Linda Tucci focuses on developing strategic editorial and research initiatives for TechTarget. Her work includes writing, assigning and editing "pillar" collections and other editorial content on technologies and trends of vital importance to IT and business leaders. Topics including emerging technologies such as AI and robotic process automation and IT trends such as the evolving role of the CIO, digital transformation, and the future of work. She spearheaded TechTarget's Thought Leadership series; now in its fourth year, topics include edge computing, hyperautomation and high-performance computing, along with explorations of complex business issues affecting IT and business leaders such as data trust. Previously, she served as executive editor for TechTarget's award-winning SearchCIO site. Before becoming a tech journalist, she was a business columnist for the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
